Before you begin

Welcome to the Eurobodalla Shire Council's online grant application service, powered by SmartyGrants.

Submitting more than one application

You may submit more than one application.

However, an organisation can only receive funding for one application per funding round.

If multiple applications are submitted, only the highest-scoring application will be considered for funding.

Navigating through the form

Use the Form Navigation panel to move between pages, or click Next Page and Previous Page at the top or bottom of each page.

Remember to save you application regularly as you progress through the form.  

Saving a draft

Your application is automatically saved as you move between pages.

If you need to leave, select Save and Close and return later via My Submissions.

You can also download a PDF copy of your application at any time.

Submitting your application

Review your application before submitting. All required fields must be completed and any errors resolved before you can submit. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and can no longer make changes to your application. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder or log in to My Submissions to confirm your submission status.

Attachments

You may need to upload/submit attachments to support your application.

If you need to provide supporting documents, please have them ready before starting your application.

Files can be up to 25MB, although files under 5MB are recommended for faster upload times.

Collaborating on your submission

You can collaborate on a submission as long as

1. you have created a SmartyFile Organisation and
2. only one person is working on the form at a time.

Session time-out warning

For security reasons, your login session will expire after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Your application is saved automatically as you move between pages, but we recommend saving regularly, especially when completing longer requests.
